Jeff Porter was a Financial Analyst working for the API. During an FBI lockdown of the API building, it was determined by the FBI that he was a leak. Porter was handcuffed and escorted from the API cafeteria by NAME and two FBI agents. Porter seems to have been working with a team tracking cyber terrorism in the financial sector, a team led by Jerry, who was also dismissed from API. It is alleged that Porter was using his access to SEC data to "get rich," according to Spangler and though embarrassing, API has made it through it relatively unscathed. The news seemed to be especially disturbing to Julia Harwell.
